MAGING: Rigorous grape selection both in the vineyard
and the tables of selection. Use of carbonic maceration when the
grape is being crushed. Softening for 72 hours at a low temperature,
then fermentation at a controlled temperature, with three daily
remounted at the most of 28º in order to take out all its
colour and bouquet.
APPEARANCE: Deep red with a clean
appearance.
AROMA: Seductive wine complex
on the nose. It needs time to develop its aromatic potential.
Fruity with soothing tones and minerals on nose.
TASTE:Dense taste in mouth, well-balanced
with torrefacts and spices. Firm, succulent and juicy tanning.

WINE
MAGING:

TASTE:
Its flavour in the mouth is velvety, meaty and well-balanced.
With body, warm and well fitted. Red fruits´ aromas with
a wide and durable after taste. Lasts in the retro nasal cavity.

WINE
MAGING:
Grape selection both in the vineyard and the tables of selection.
Softening for 72 hours at a low temperature, utilization of carbonic
mist during its stripped and later sheen, then fermentation at
a controlled temperature. Storage on fine lees for 4 months.
APPEARANCE:
Golden yellow colour of clean and brilliant appearance.
AROMA:
Intense aroma of ripe fruit (apple, pear) with floral notes. Middle-high
intensity.
TASTE:
Initially pleasantly sweet,fresh, warm with nice acidity. Harmonious,
wellstructured and balanced. Persistent in mouth.
GASTRONOMY: seafood, fish, poultry,
rice, fresh cheese.

WINE
MAGING:
Once the bunch of grapes is crushed the vintage is squeezed slightly
to not break the bunch’s grain. It is pushed to the soaker
deposits where it is fermented at a temperature of 22º-23º.
Making an early discovery, sometimes before the fermentation’s
finished to obtain a redder wine with fruitier aromas.
APPEARANCE:
Red picot. Colour of deep cloak very covered. With a gleam of
violet, clean and brilliant.
AROMA:
Seductive wine with varietal nose, intense, clean and fruity.
With predominance of red fruits´ aroma . Mineral on nose.
TASTE:
In the mouth it is a wine with a soft introduction. Harmonious,
well-structured and balanced. Memories from typical red fruits
are back again. Persistent with a wide and durable after taste
.

with a soft, light, well balanced introduction. Memories from
typical red fruits are back again, persistent and abundant in
the nose .

A delicate combination of the varieties Treixadura, Torrontés
and Godello. Selected and harvested in the right ripening moment.
Vinification
Natural fermentation fulfilled with autochthonous yeast in stainless
steel tanks at controlled temperature, that emphasizes all the
aromatic potential of these varieties.

Notes
Visual stage: Golden, clear and bright
Smelling stage: Intense bouquet, ripe white fruit, exotic and
spiced touches of the skin. Its unmistakable bouquet comes from
a mixture of the original aromas of the integral varieties.

Grape
Variety
This is a wine from
high altitudes with mystical resonances. TORRES DE ERMELO. The
legacy of the monks from Tui in the 12th Century.
Vinification
Once the grape is crushed, it is pressed. The mosto sinks down
due to gravity, in an oxygen free atmosphere, to the soaker deposits
made of stainless steel, where it ferments in a natural way at
a controlled temperature. Before the bottling process, the wine
goes through a tangential filter which gives to the wine a characteristic
shine and colour.
Tasting Notes
Visual stage: Yellow with greenish hues, clean and brilliant.
Smelling stage: Aroma of good intensity, rich in shades, complex
and elegant. Predominance of notes of varietal character which
transmit fruity and floral hues.
Tasting stage: Tasty in mouth, greasy, with pleasant contrast
within a harmonic balance. Bright and fresh sensations. Powerful
retro nasal and a long persistence.

This is a wine
from high altitudes with mystical resonances. ALBANTA. Our particular
idea of paradise transmits us since theXIIth Century the essence
of the wine-growing culture of themonks from Tui.
Vinification
Modern elaboration notion since special depositsAromatic characteristics,
following a rigorous process in which the alcoholic fermentation
is stopped before its end, with the aim of obtaining a greater
sweetness, increasing the spectacular characteristics belonging
to the varietal.
Tasting Notes
Visual stage: Straw yellow with golden greenish gleams, clean
and very shiny.
Smelling stage: Clear/sharp aromas of meaty fruits (pineapple,
apricot and peach) with a vegetal touch of fennel and honeysuckle.
The citrus fruits stand out subtly, conferring more freshness
to the wine.
Tasting stage: The evolution of the wine in the mouth is impressive.
Sweetness to begin with, where its taste remains tied to the palate.
It presents a very balanced acidity that gives it a freshness
feeling with a trajectory of well structured sweetness in the
mouth and a very persistent end. In the mouth it jumps out with
the typical varietal and its harmony.
